Pretty good. And a very good value.
Trader Joe's albacore, which comes in at $1.79 for a 6 oz can, is good value. As you can from the picture, there is some discoloration and some breaking up of the fillet, however, this does not affect the taste.
It mixes very easily with the mayo I used. What makes it interesting is that it tastes very close to whitefish salad. If you have been to a bagel shop, you've probably had it.
***1/2 stars. Good, not great, but at $1.79 for albacore that mixes easily, I recommend it.
